When viewing a chibi mallarchy, one can't help but use words like "ickle", "widdle" and other baby speak. Don't try to resist, and instead take comfort in the fact that just for right now, you and your peers are powerless against the cuteness.

@Quezy: Chibi pets usually do have some juvenile quality to them as well. Aeanoid, cybill, swampie, illumis, kanis, ruffie, pherret... the mallarchy is definitely not the first.

Whoah, lol, the head is WAY too big for my personal tastes, but overall I think it's pretty cute. I think my favorite parts are the eye tufts; I can just imagine what it might feel like to pet it!

In the anime-fandom world, it could either mean a simply super-deformed adult with all the regular characteristics of a fully-formed adult just... shrunked and with a swollen head (possible shorter limbs and/or no fingers, etc)... Or it could mean a babyish looking version of the adult.
The thing is... this is a pet site. Personally, I'd expect a Chibi Potion to actually change the design of the pet to a deformed baby... since, otherwise it wouldn't be nearly as interesting as just a shrunken Common design. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> ^^ (two cents)

Er, I'm not a fan in the least.
The pose is extraordinarily awkward and the eyes are ...really out of place not to mention the beak and ridiculous head size.
But it's colored and shaded nicely and the feet are cute...

This thing is clearly a baby. It doesn't even LOOK like the normal malarchy, and most species chibis are like cutesified version of their common form, even keeping the color of the common form of the species (except, I believe, the irion).
