I don't remember the membrane being on the Velosotor's legs yesterday. Is it a new thing? I personally can't see it doing anything but hinder the creature when swimming and running.
Also the neck frill looks odd as its only on one side of the creature's head. I'd rather be able to see the neck.
The rest of the body and colouring is awesome though.

I'm not a big fan of Priggles as a species, but this is definitely my favorite one so far!

Oh and I forgot to mention the Priggle, which is remarkably clean xD I guess I just really like the subtlety with it. Awesomes!
That is an awesome Velosotor but the only thing that really throws me off is the legs, I dont think it needed the uh.. webbing? I think its webbing at least xD. I like the pose alot, it shows like.. perspective with the legs, but yea, the webbing with the toes and its legs confuses me a lot sorry =[[
