Don’t have enough vanilla to use my bakery? Don’t worry! Liz has started restocking different homegrown vanillas at the Food Market that you can use for any recipe that calls for vanilla.

Thank you for the gift :) Though I guess as a non-baker I don't understand why all the different varieties of vanilla? The art is pretty though so might collect them anyway.

They could go full capitalism on the baking soda and have 15 different brands of the exact same product
These are so pretty! But it would be pretty great to see some new items at a /different/ shop. Everything seems to be going into Food Market. It'd be great if the other food shops got some love too...

I really appreciate this but can you please explain why you didn't just add Whole Vanilla Beans to the baking ingredients list in the first place?

I can see why baking powder and other ingredients like it would be last on the list... not exactly a variety inducing product... all sorts of flours and sweeteners to be made and this idea of home grown vanilla is an awesome way to come up with different vanillas, but bp?? umm... maybe some NPCs (alchemist guy/genetech guy/calvin/sag/pete/carl/scroll ladies) can try their hands at creating their own variety/brand of baking powder to get in on the profits of this baking game?

Thanks for releasing all these different versions of ingredients! They've been super cute and fun. I've been asked by the questers for a few of the butters and they seem to have stayed pretty reasonably priced. Maybe I'll actually have to give the baking a try now!
Now just waiting for the baking powder alternatives!
