This weekend is bonus weekend for the Cash Shop! Aww, sad. :( I was actually going to pay for CSC for the second time (first being 7/8 years ago) but Paypal rejected my card for some unknown reason.

Refund Policy If you purchase an item and within 10 days the price changes, file a ticket here to get the difference in CSC.
