All the Battling
Long ago, it has been surmised, a warador of no obvious consequence died a natural death and was buried along with its staff. This would usually be the end of a rather dull story, except for the residual magic that clung to the orb of the warador's staff. Festering in the body of the pet and soon becoming sentient, it began eating away at any goodness it came across and turning it into darkness to resemble itself.
The Mage learned of this horror, but failed to quell the beast. He was only able to restrain it in the original gravesite where its warador host had been buried. Today, the beast remains deep in the forest of Shadowglen, calling to those who hike too close and promising great rewards if free. Recently, its calls have become stronger, and the Mage is calling upon you to help defeat it forever, lest it escape and cause untold destruction!
If you’re brave enough to defeat it, grab a Binding Tombstone from the Cash Shop!

Candyscorn, Wolve, Spider, Organ Collector, and Umbrus have all made their way back to the Battle Coliseum until the end of Morostide. Good luck dealing with their tricky battles!
Just one last battle announcement! The Battle Coliseum will be temporarily taken down on November 11th for some big updates. This includes a full opponent win reset, so be sure to get your wins in while you can!

anyway we are going to get some kind of preview of what these big changes are going to be ahead of time?
Seems like in the past big changes that were sprung on people were not always super well received at first, might save some headaches down the line to get feedback ahead of time before you finalize everything.

Yay! My battle pet managed to FINALLY beat Candy Scorn five times this year! :D Maybe by this time next year, he'll be set to take on the Wolve!
Reset!!! I hope that includes cash shop opponents, too. My battle pet is going to have a busy November, but Tier 12 is in sight!
How do we get that Candyscorn skin because I really, really need that fluff in my life o3o
Kinda hard to battle when it won't acknowledge that you chose a weapon set. sigh Guess I'll try tomorrow. My notifications won't go away either.

Is there a list of all the battle loot somewhere that these challengers give? Please and thank you for any answer :)
Does the win reset mean Exp will be reset as well? Yay, for more morostide opponents!

I don't know if you are into battling or not, but what will happen is your win/loss/tie scores of any battle opponent you have fought in the Battle Coliseum will reset to zero. This means you will be able to win the battle loot all over again. Battlers have been waiting for this for a while.

Can't afford to do CSC challengers and already fought all of the others last year so only need to if there's new loot.
Okay, I know I'm ready for some tougher opponents. I should see what I can do before the 11th now...
I just want to make sure that the battle reset won't zero out any exp points I have accumulating for my pets, correct?

I really hope that it is, because I spent hours getting those wins (my pet is not super strong so it takes me a long time for each individual win). Thanks for the hopeful information, jensen.

Ugh, it's just annoying because that's one of the required challengers for the Morostide Warrior achievement. Why make people wait for like 3 years to be able to get that one just because one of the challengers keeps being left unavailable?
NO, don't reset my wins!! I have been working SO hard to beat Forj Matriarch, Rekindled the correct number of times (which now I have forgotten if it was 50 or 100). I am close but IDK if I can do it in time, it takes forever. :(

I have a question. Will the reset mean that some of the opponents currently in the coliseum (especially the cash shop ones) will be taken out? Just wondering so I can plan in advance as much as possible. I just bought the new monthly opponent a few minutes ago, for example, but even though I have a tier 12 pet, I'm not sure Julienne can take him on just yet.
