Welcome to the Urubu!
The thing is, we sort of came across this hill, and then a dip. There were some stones that we climbed over and we came to this place that felt both old and new at the same time. And this creature was right there to greet us!
Aren’t they wonderful? They’re so very friendly, and they love to have their bellies scratched. They made a weird cute sort of noise that sounded like ‘ururururururu’ so I’ve been calling them urubus while I went to figure out what they actually were.
The thing is, Ian and Jaxon came out with me to see them, and we’ve done some research and it appears I may have discovered a brand new species! We had so many of them follow us home for belly scratches that we made some calls to the Pet Agency who have agreed to connect them to new human companions, which they seem to love!
Please welcome the urubu to Subeta! You may need to put a fence around your vegetables, they do like to dig things up.

What an awesome pet! Love their markings, it translates really well into all the base colors (though I gotta say the Vibrant Urubu is by far my fave)! Definitely keeping an eye on this species, I know the other colors are gonna be stellar for this one!
Not a big fan of pigs, but omg, these guys... let's just say, i now own an adorable cherry urubu. <3
Cute! I personally probably won't have one of these, unless maybe I like a special color on them. I do love spectrum and blacklight pets so, we will see, if they get released in those colors. :P
Not entirely sure why but they remind me of the boars from Princess Mononoke but waay cuter, it's the markings on them I think
I clicked the news ticker thinking they were going to be buzzards (because "urubu" is how we call buzzards in Brazil) but turns out they're boars? Well, I'm surprised and delighted! (Anyway, we already got Festers, even though they're more like vultures so it wouldn't make sense for us to have buzzard pets lol)

YES!!!! YES YES YES YES YESSSS!!!!! I've been waiting 10 years for a piggie type pet, and this was worth the wait, it's PERFECT! Timing of release couldn't be more perfect too. Happy Lunar New Year everyone and THANK YOU whoever designed the Urubu!

Now we definitely need some kind of prehistoric, ancient pet colour so we can have a woolly, sabertooth Urubu!
