Some Updates!
I know I promised everyone we’d have the Free Shop before Survival, but some circumstances have ruined that plan. I still have every intention of having the Free Shop happen, but it might be after Survival.
Speaking of Survival, we are strongly hoping to get it out this week. Some of us on staff, however, are currently under snow/ice in cities that are… not used to it. I personally have had fun watching my power flicker all weekend and having my router reconnect a billion times. That’s part of the reason why the Subscription item hasn’t changed for this month yet. I’m aiming to get the item changed over tomorrow, assuming my power and internet don’t let me down!

Survival really hits different when there is an actual Pandemic in our world lol I am always so excited to see the new strains!

Thanks so much for the updates and the free gift! What a wild winter we’ve been having! We’ve had storms the last 3 Tuesdays (last week was 18” of snow ) and tomorrow looks like hail, freezing rain and snow. Yikes! Y’all know what SNOW stands for, right? Shit No One Wants! Stay safe everyone!

In lower Alabama and the storm hits us tomorrow, I'm legit scared we'll lose power and it's supposed to get down to 20! I'll have to huddle in bed with the cats for warmth, lol. Stay safe, Amber and everybody, survival will come when it comes, no worries.

I was wondering about the subscription item, and if I missed anything about it being skipped this month. So thanks for mentioning that.
Do you think the skin progressions might be affected by the new wardrobe, or has that been worked on? I don't mind waiting longer if it means we won't lose our strains when changing avatars with it.

Given all the snow and ice, could us battlers finally get Hoarfrost showing up? He's normally out in January.

Hello from central Texas where our city is basically completely shut down due to the ice and snow that we apparently haven't seen here in over 30 years. I'm lucky enough to live in an area where our power lines are underground, so we're at a very low chance of losing power, but I have friends who are without power and I'm keeping them in my thoughts. Everyone, stay safe, stay warm, and hang in there.
Thank you for the update! I was wondering when Survival was gonna start, so this eases my mind. Sounds like you're in Texas, hopefully you're able to stay safe and warm and away from all those awful accidents that seem to be happening.

@Amber I feel ya. They're predicting about 5-7 inches of snow tonight where I live. Which doesn't sound like much in some parts of the world, I bet, but...it NEVER snows here. I mean, ever. EVER. We've gone entire years without seeing so much as a single flake.

Be safe, y'all. It's currently -3 where I live, and I've been very unable to keep warm despite thermals and blankets and heat. I'm so excited for Survival.

I'm in a state that forgot it was winter already so I had no idea people were facing such issues. So I wish everyone a very safe and warm few days!
It's going to to be freezing tomorrow at 9°F so my job's main office mandated that for the next two days we open at 11am and will not come in at 6am (since I am morning shift I only work 3 hours). All you staff stay safe during this crazy weather. I know Texas peeps like me aren't used to it at all.

Speaking of weather, here's my update for northern CA, in the valley--not the mountains where it DOES snow. We had a winter rain 2 wks ago with such high winds that the power was out for 8 hrs, or more, due to so many trees coming down. I grew up in an ice and snow area of the Midwest, but where I am now it's unusual to have weather affect the power.
I hope everyone is able to stay safe and warm despite any winter weather challenges.
