@Trees Just in case it's helpful, your subscription renewal date determines when you receive your Monthly Subscription item, not the date the new item is announced in the News Post. If you would prefer to receive your item shortly after it's typically released each month, you could adjust when your subscription renews by resubscribing on a date that works best for you.

Personally, I've been subscribed for years & the automatic distribution system has always worked reliably for me.

I just hope when the subscription item does come out, that it won't mess up again and not automatically be given to me like it's supposed to and warrant me making another ticket... I always feel bad having to ask the staff to sort it out for me.

@StarShadow You can get them from the actual Cash Shop as well! The shop was going slower for cache, so I linked the helpful "see what is in all of them" page. :)

@Trees It means that there is an issue with the coding and I can't fix that on my own. It's a holiday in the US, so it's not likely to be fixed today. :)
