Can you give me directions... to your heart? One of Kazu's infamous pickup lines that he uses quite often. Kazu is the kind of person that can be described with one word entirely; along with many other synonyms. He's a Casanova, a Don Juan, a heart breaker, a Romeo, a seducer, a skirt chaser, a womanizer; need I say more? The funny thing is that he goes after anyone he's attracted to. Whether it be women or men, it makes no difference to him, as long as he's happy.
Kazu lived with both of his parents and his older brother, Xerphiel. Eventually his parents divorced when he was 12. His mother took her brother with her, and so that left him with his father. However, by no means were the two brothers ever distant. Sometimes Kazu would go over to his mother's place to spend the night, or Xerphiel would come over instead. The divorce really had no effect on their brother bonding, but it did effect Kazu individually.
Since the divorce, his father had brought home a different woman every week. Ever since then, Kazu has picked up on his father's habits. It started when he asked about five different people to the school dance when he was in middle school. When he reached high school, his habits progressed. By the end of every school year, he had at least spent one night with about half of the students in his grade. It was amazing really.
After he had graduated high school, he moved out of his father's place and had gotten his own apartment. But he had realized that the rent was too much for him to pay alone, so he decided to find a roommate. With much success, he found Ralphe Hans who was in need of a place to stay. Ralphe and him became quick friends. Sometimes Kazu vaguely wonders if Ralphe gets annoyed every time he brings one of his "friends" over to "play." But he's sure that he doesn't mind.
Kazu works at a cafe/bakery shop called the Sweetie Cafe. He really likes working there. The workers are nice, the customers are nice, the overall atmosphere of the place is nice. Sometimes he tries to flirt with customers while he's working, while there are a few negative outcomes, there are a lot more positive results. Since he is working at a cafe, after all, girls and sometimes boys alike flock to the cafe for a taste of his charming smile, joke, wink, anything; you name it! His boss is particularly keen on making him keep up the "good work."
Kazu has never been in a long lasting relationship before. Most, if not all, of his relationships only consisted of one-night stands with random people he found at a bar. He would always promise to call them soon, but he ends up never calling them, only because he has found another person to move on to.
Always having one night stands and never committing to one person. When questioned about this, he always claims that he hasn't found the right person yet, or that he's still young and shouldn't have to commit just yet. Though, deep inside he knows he just doesn't believe in it. What's the point of just clinging to one person and having to deal with heartbreak when the other leaves? What's the point of marriage when you can divorce? He doesn't understand it at all. But then again, he never really understood the concept of love. No, not really.
