General Info: Theo is one of those people who gives young adults a bad name. He's very defiant when it comes to rules and hates any sort of authority figures. He doesn't really care much for people at first, and tries to give off a cold demeanour. Once he becomes aquatinted with an individual, he can become very attached and protective. However he continues to treat mostly everyone the same rude attitude. Being major supporter of human equality, his hate doesn't discriminate.

History: Born into a rough neighbourhood in Jubilife City, Theo had a difficult childhood. Growing up, his father was absent. His mother for - unknown reasons - always seemed to be unable to look at him, let alone care for him. Whether her inability to care for him properly was due to his resemblance to his father, or something else, Theo grew up without much parental support. Due to the lack of a support system at home, he did poorly in school and experiences much difficulty with reading and writing.

After mental exhaustion, he left his house and school at the age of 12 to follow the common dream of becoming a pokemon trainer. Because he lived rather far from a pokemon lab, he decided to take a nontraditional and what he decided was a more adventurous route. Theo traveled to the Eterna Forest to catch his first pokemon. Surprisingly, he was able to catch his first pokemon all by himself: a buneary whom he called Daryl. After returning back to Jubilife City to seek familiarity, Theo got swept up in gang activity. He became a sort of "delivery boy" for whatever the different gang cliques in the area needed. He could often be seen running throughout the city, transporting messages from one gang member to another. However, when a rival gang from Sunyshore City came to target members of his gang, Theo chose to flee, seeing as he was only 15 by this point, and at least he had Daryl on his side.

Since then he's been travelling throughout the Sinnoh region and training pokemon that he catches along the way. Always low on funds, he often shoplifts or commits petty crimes, just for the hell of it. He's run into trouble with the police before, but it's noting his golbat, Girly, can't fly him out of.

Additional Info:
- Vandalism is what he considers to be his speciality.
- Theo likes to pretend he has a terrible temper, but in reality he doesn't often care. He usually just gets mad to put on a show and intimidate others.
- When he's not flying for transportation, he really loves to ride his bike.
