The horned goblin that cleans the Master's castle and cooks the meals. Though he has since forgotten his real name, he was given the name "Cosby" by Jiggy the fairy. He is old, frail, sightly-senile, and yet very kindly to new guests. He is the only minion that doesn't fight for the Master and instead serves as company to him only. He keeps the fairy Jiggy hidden from the Master so she does not get hurt. He is smarter then most minions given him credit for as he is able often undo spells (though quickly forgets how). He also knows enough of the other minions to predict that they are going to do, meaning he maybe able to predict the future to some extent.
