Ban, the B in GetBackers, His partner is Ginji, the G in GetBackers, the S means neither are alone. They are retrievers, you or your pet lost something, then they will get it back, though for a price (usually a high one at that). Their success rate is (almost) 100%.

Ban is usually the one in charge and decides if a job is to be taken or not, though Ginji can usually manipulate him into taking a job if he thinks it's for a good cause. Ban can be rather greedy when it comes to taking payment for a job, though this could be down to the fact that they usually have no money otherwise, and are always in dept, really they have no luck with money.
