The Ovlibion watched the TRex down low in the Valley. Chasing after his next meal, the TRex was truly amazing to watch. With almost useless front paws, the TRex was almost entirely jaws and hind legs. Wow that fella could move!

The Ovlibion had covered herself in an almost-but-not-quite dinosaur appearance for her visit to this area. While she did appear so be a smaller cousin to the TRex, she was nothing like him in reality. But that didn't matter. She wanted to get a long last look at 'her T'. Over 13 metres long and just shy of 7 metric tons in weight, once her TRex got started running, it took a bit to slow him down. However he didn't have to run too far, as the small herd of triceratops had never been very fast movers. One older one lagged behind, but was too slow to turn and face the mighty hunter with its horns and hard frill, all flushed red with alarm.

Her TRex slammed into the triceratops at almost top speed as it was only partly turned, and in the ensuing mess of legs, teeth, horns and dust, she saw her T had indeed forced the triceratops to it's knees, with blood on it's back where the TRex had virtually ran over it. T turned faster than one would expect from such a large hunter, and grabbed the poor dying creature behind the frill where it was most vulnerable. It's fate was sealed.

The Ovlibion smiled at her proud predator. He didn't even know she had been there, following him and making copious notes for several years now. She was not the only one, but she specialised in creatures who had a limited time upon this little planet. She had been reassigned to a new species with limited time and this was her last day. She sighed and wished she had been able to follow her TRex until his death, but orders were orders. Besides the meteor was only months away. It was doubtful he would last much beyond that planet jarring shock.

She gathered her belongings and said a silent farewell to her TRex, who was unaware of her presence as he started his huge meal. She pressed the button to take her back to the time jump portal. Time to look up the next allocated extinct species - humans.
