Farine
Long ago a meteor threatened to crash into the earth, causing widespread destruction. Farine left her forest home and took to the heavens, determined to protect the land. She was headstong and fearless, her horn aimed straight ahead as she charged with all her strength. With a powerful blow the meteor shattered, shards and dust raining down on the earth below. But Farine did not emerge unscathed, the tip of her prized horn broke into three pieces.The first, the sharpest, plunged deep into the ocean. The one calm water swirled violently into a whirlpool, and from its eye emerged the fierce Kalipsoe.
The second piece, and largest, was flung to the far away mountain tops. From where it landed great spires of ice shot out of the rocks and endless blizzard capped the mountains with snow. Roaming these mountain ranges was Dalyce.
The third, and smallest, fell into a valley which exploded with verdant growth. Great trees burst from the ground, which were quickly adorned with curling vines and vibrant flowers. When the largest of these flowers bloomed out of the petals tumbled Terr.
When Farine discovered that the meteor's dust and her magic had imbued the pieces with life she took the new beings as her siblings. But that was not the only consquence, the meteor's dust created many anomalies through the land, all manner of supernatural creatures, objects and landscapes began to appear. As the world evolved and changed around her, Farine continued to watch over it.
