Dion, the overseer of Mertos. Doing what he believes is right for the people of Mertos, Dion rules over them from the shadows - using his Hunters to do his dirty work in his stead. Through them, Dion passes a lethal judgement on those who would dare to take him down from his throne.

Making vague promises, Dion will always twist the words of those who make a deal with him so that he gains the most out of the deal - whether it be someones indebted servitude for life, or an object enchanted with powerful magic.

He desires for absolute dominion over all who live in Mertos - viewing himself as a God above everyone. He grants those he deems worthy names - using names of animals that he feels correspond with the person.
