Hello everyone! Our weekly maintenance window is tonight, and we'll be doing some optimization of our database. The whole process will take upwards of two hours, and we expect to begin sometime around 1 or 1:30 am Subeta time.
For the curious, we are replacing our live database with an optimized version that's only a third the size. This is necessary because our database is getting so big that it soon won't fit on the drives we have for it. We'll be backing up the old database, of course, to make sure nothing bad happens if something goes wrong.
I will try to post updates throughout the downtime to let you guys know how things are going.

It seems the Darkheart Phantom made off with some recipes when he took over Melody's cottage! Through clever use of highly-trained pherret SWAT teams, we've managed to retrieve them, and the Holiday Shop is now producing them en masse to make up for missing the holiday season!

The shopkeepers of Subeta are in the Luminaire spirit and have started sending thousands of items to the free shop!

Winter's closing in faster than ever! Glacier pets are popping up all over the Arctic Frost and people are crowding Melody's cottage for a peek at her next gifts. But it's freezing out there… Don't be left out in the cold, better get yourself to the Subeautique before the new, ultra-fashionable and expensive RoQ Candy line, SubZero, gets all bought up!
It almost looks as if the glacier priggle's quills are a little bit less dangerous when covered in ice. Almost. Why don't you try touching it and let everybody know what it feels like?
Not getting any snow where you live? Well, I know of somewhere that hasn't stopped snowing for 100 years! You could easily get there through a simple wardrobe... or just by visiting the Cash Shop, of course!

Hi everyone! Tonight we'll be upgrading the RAM on our web servers (in fact, we'll be doubling it).
This operation is expected to start at 12:30 am Subeta time. We've scheduled a 4 hour window, but expect to be back up and running long before 4:30.

Brrr, it's starting to get cold! Fortunately the Clothing Rack got some some pretty new sweatpants in. Comfy!
Note: wise shoppers will run these through the dryer before wearing. Apparently they store them on ice in a kind of reverse psychology to combat the cold ... we don't get it either.

If you need some cheer in your December, the Holiday Shop highly recommends these adorable baubles for your tree! Hang them on your fireplace and by your stockings, too!

On December 15th starting at around noon EST, we will begin clearing pet names and account names that have been inactive. Frozen accounts inactive for 10 months will be cleared, and non-frozen accounts inactive for a year, will be cleared.

Out of business since the end of Morostide, the nightmare priggle has decided to hire itself out as a Lumineve Tree this season. It's not really the most festive idea, but you kind of have to admire its innovation!
