All User Profiles have been updated, and made more organized. You can comment on profiles (see mine for example) and you can show the friends you love most by adding them to your Favorite Buddys. They will show up on the new Profiles.
Also Journals are making a comeback, and are now functional! They have a few new options for you to choose from, in case you want to restrict who reads your journal.
