- The eyes are just a BIT too feminine, unless you plan on having a different image for a Male Anyu. I would have trouble owning a male Anyu that had eyes /this/ girly.<br />

- The cuffs around the legs should have the same pattern. It just looks out of place to have too many different patterns going on.<br />

Other than that, excellent job! This, in my opinion, is one of the better redraws I've seen so far! 8D<br />

I vote for old. The feet just... don't fit with the rest of the drawing (I think it's because the toes are too small and flat), and they're made all the more glaring with the markings on the anklets, which would look better with a little consistency. It also has a bit of a slack-jawed expression that kind of makes me wonder what it might have been smoking when it was drawn. D8 The neck ruff kinda clashes with the rest of the art as well, and the whole picture would look a bit better without it.

this one is a lot better. but it could still use improvement. actually, it might just be the paws that are bugging me. i don't think that the size is the problem. i think it's the toes. or it could just be me and i'm having a moment. that works to. i vote the redraw!

I really like the revamped one, I like the markings on its eyes and the bracelets, well done ^^
Love it, love it, it looks a lot more alive and interesting now, but I agree with older commenters that the paws would look better if they were bigger, and that the ankle bracelets need to have the same pattern on all four; circles crash with squares. Other than that, beautiful!

First I must say I LOVE the redraw. All of the redraws of late I adore, they just look more polished and put together than the old. The only critisism i have is that I think the designs on the front and back paw should be the same to keep with the consistancy(and go with the face swirl) I also like the brown muff on the old one. I dont see how the cuffs are too small, but agree that the paws look a little short. <br />

Looks much better then the other. The other had this weird optical illusion going on with the leg that made me double take. =s This one is perfect in my eyes. I think I may morph a pet if this is how they will look =P

Aww! I personally think this is one of the better revamps. I really didn't like the new Kora, but the new Subeta pets style really works for the Anyu.
Huh.. Your right Karu. Now that I think about it if you could see the tail from this angle, it might end up looking more like a turd. lol
With the neck fluff and the fur over the anklets it looks like he's wearing a fur coat instead of that being his actual fur. It would look a ton better without the over-anklet fur.

The front and back don't match, which causes a great loss of symmetry and flow that was so nice to have before. Even more so, the front ankle-markings look like random scribbles, which is quite an eyesore.<br />
Also, it's eyes are a bit disturbing, as they seem to gaze right through you, and are incredibly emotionless. The old version had more emotion, and you could tell it had a feeling, an aura if you will, of happiness, or gladness, about it.

I really like the fuzzy/chubby look to this. But I think the little tail and the brown on the muzzle/nose were two things that you should have kept.<br />
Also, the feet look funny to me. Maybe a tiny tweak to the toes could fix this. Does anyone else notice what i'm talking about?<br />

To repeat what AngelEmbryo said, even Keith posted that "The new one is this size because it's meant to be more like a real polar bear."-to quote him directly. This one looks nothing like a polarbear if you look at how fat it is and how dainty the feet are.
I think it's a bit too fat, and it'd look better if it still had it's little tail and colored muzzle. Other than that, it's adorable! x3

I really, really don't like the 'manes' look, makes it look like misformed lion, but otherwise I love it. It does look a bit fat, especially compared to the previous one, but perhaps that's what bears look like, I wouldn't know =P

I think its pretty good, its just the fur covering the bracers that bothers me alittle. I adore the eyes and chubbyness by the way. ;3 And for the people preety much saying it needs to look more like a polar bear well.. its a FICTIONAL bear creature, it doesn't have to look real. Duh! You can make fantasy creatures and cartoon animals ANY way you frickin want. You can stop stretching the page with your polar bear pics now. e___e;;

I love the new Anyu, looks way more "tribal angel" than the previous, and it's more detailed, too! Oh, and look the Ruffies and Serpenths >_> Ruffies said they need a more Arctic Frost look... And Serpenths... They're screaming for an update. Runs
I like the face and such, but I really miss the old markings, and it looks a little too chubby. But the extra fur on the neck is nice, as are the paw bracelets.

I love it. Looks great, love the design on the bracers, the swirl near the eye. And, in spite of the other comments, love the 'chubbiness'.<br />

I love it, it looks great! It just looks a bit girly, and maybe the toes are a bit small compared to the rest, but otherwise, GREAT improvement!

I agree with Ecomo that the anklets look too tight. There's just too much fur sticking over them. I dunno. Like a Poodle or something. Heh. I voted for the old one, but the new one isn't hideous... if the anklets were 'loosened' a bit, I would probably have voted for the new one. =)

Over all I like it. except for the paws past the bracelet they look to small and not as furry as the rest of the pet.

I don't feel like this HAS to look like a polar bear (since some people are crazy about that). I think basing this off a polar bear is better. So with that, the only think I don't like is, as everyone has said, the paws. They are too small, and not because they aren't like a polar bear's, but because I think the piece of art would look more balanced if the paws where a tad bit bigger. And hey, at least they aren't those horrid box paws that the old Anyu had.<br />
The body looks way better IMO. It's not as scrunched as the old one. It actually looks like it could occur in the subeta wild.
