It's pretty obvious that Saggi is a male, but with the Healer there are no true signs that they are a he or a she. Everything female doesn't have to have breasts though, especially if it is pet based and not human.

Hmmm. I think it's just a random event. cause like. I didn't do anything but grab a candy heart off someone's profile and send one to a friend. and I'm sure loads of uninfected's have done that too. 0-o
