it was just to make sure that not too many will be floating around!
i think it was a great idea. this will keep the pets as rare as emma has written in her journals. i don't think we can expect them to be as easy to get as spectrum or reborn pets

Oh well, got a snazzy graveyard potion.... consolation prize I guess T_T I will survive.... I will survive...
