In a followup to my recent reporting, I have obtained an interview with User not found: kahaleitzli, holy man and leader of the Omen Islands.

I kinda think that a drunker person's word is more reliable than a holy man's. When someone is totally wasted, they lose their inhibition and say thigns that ordinarily they would not. Normally you may not tell your friend her dress is horrid, but if you get drunk enough, it just may slip out. On the other hand, the only way you can really know if a holy man is lying bout something ceremonial is if you know the ceremony inside and out; otherwide you're just guessing. That's my opinion, at least.

At this point I can't really be taking sides, so I think I'll wait things out just a bit. More information on this issue will hopefully bring more reason for me to side with the islanders. As it stands, the idea of this final "voodoo approved" sacrifice gives me little reason to trustful.
So, when exactly did he tell us what the Final Offering was? He was so quick to jump to being defensive and accuse us of doing wrong without even telling us the truth.
