I am still on the islander side as they haven't given me any reason to distrust them. Pirates on the whole are untrustworthy.
I'm defiantly a pirate changes her avie. I'll take the side with swords and cannons over the people with the sharpened sticks and rocks any day! Fire away!
And what about ladies the pirates took? Are they allright? How can a bunch of drunken pirates protect them? There are others who are far more qualified to protect them.
I am wondering what the final offering is. I still haven't heard anything about it. Only speculations. Could the holy man reveal that to us. My pets are getting jumpy and my avatar is already sharpening his weapons. Better save than sorry was his explenation.

I have no reason to distrust someone purely because they live on an island. I do, however, have every reason to distrust a group of people dedicated to stealing, raping, kidnapping, etc. and lol at all the "well pirates get wenches", it's not like that island doesn't have ladies on it.

The truth is always somewhere in the middle...methinks the pirates' grey cells have been pickled by too many rum toddies and the islanders' Big Kahuna may be a leaf or two short of a grass skirt. Solution: Ship Capt. Jacques and Kahaleitzli off to Anger Management Class while Channel 5 flies in Survivor Host Jeff Probst to sponsor a new reality TV show with the pirates and islanders entitled, "Do You Believe In Omens?"
I'm concerned about them... and a drunk pirate might exactly not be the best people for them to be in the hands of, but until you show all the undecided folks here the offering I won't be satisfied... and show us what is actually going on.

Why isn't Sebastian Phoenix taking his diplomatic ass over this subject? I mean, it's happening in his planet, he should take matters, instead of just taxing people. As I said before, my sacrificial offer stays. I prefer to sacrifice myself to stabilish peace than to live in a place that's nearing a war.

Not only did the Islanders give us colorful face paintings and nice little trinkets from the ocean, but also a plethora of achievements. Sorry Pirates, but I'm with the Islanders on this one. I like the pirates a lot. They are pretty awesome and I'll side with them... For some reason the idea of sacrificing pretty young women isn't a new one... The islanders are becoming the bad guys of this whole thing... and when they ban us from the festivities I'll be happy.
