Some Subetan species just cannot shake their mischievous tendencies, even in darkmatter. It seems that the (newly redone) darkmatter charlie and ghostly are having fun playing with their new... friends.

WHAT ANATOMY? The Ghostly is pretty much arms, a head, mouth, and flowing cloth. It looks fine.
And as for the Charlie- The artist was obviously perspective for the head. Notice how the body is further away? It's a great pose, I think it's one of the best Charlies drawn imo.

I'm sorry, but the anatomy is really wonky on these two. I mean the charlie's expression is love, but...the head's so...big.
I don't like the Charlie in general. I think that the entire species, along with the Warador, should be scrapped. So I won't say anything about that.

I have to say, the Charlie style really does not look like much of an update (at least not a large enough one to be consistent with other styles). The shading is very simplistic with little fur detail, and the anatomy seems really wonky. The hind legs are very-blobish, and even from that angle I think they'd be defined more? The head is also pretty huge, even for...a big head xD I hope I said that tactfully enough, if not I apologize x-x

Squee, I adore the Charlie! Depending on how the Bloodred revamp goes, I might change Walter into one.
I really love to see a new charlie revamp, but I have to support the users who've said that it's looking rather strange. I mean the head is as big as the rest of it's body.
Compared to my galactic charlie it really looks like a super deformed version of a normal charlie, more like a chibi. I really like the pose and face though, but the anatomy just doesn't seem to fit the visual constancy of this species.

The charlie looks strange to me, the head seems too big for the body. But I love the ghostly! It really looks like its toying with the dark matters, it even has one on its head!
