As a gift from the legendary dragon, the Millionaire Center has begun selling the scales of the Red Rreign...for a price, of course. Hi all!
You may have noticed today we released a couple of changes for pet profiles. By popular request, pet birthdays (or ages) are now shown on pet profiles. Adoption dates are also shown, though prior to today Subeta hasn't tracked when pets were adopted. Thus, pets without an adoption date show their birth date instead as a "(Legacy)" date.
We've also added progress bars that track stats. These bars show how your pet's stats compare to its highest stat. We may be changing how these work in the future.
These changes are just the tip of the iceberg, though! You can expect some major changes for pet profiles in the near future. I won't say just what yet, but I promise you'll like them. You can expect to see the new system up and running by the end of the year!
The downside of this, of course, is that current pet profiles won't work on the new system! We know this is frustrating to people, especially since the pet profiles were just recently broken with the new layout. This is a problem that plagues every site - it's impossible to make improvements and maintain compatibility with the existing versions of features. We think (and I hope you'll agree) that in the long run making big improvements is worth having to redo some profiles. Therefore, I'd advise against investing a lot of sP in pet profile coding at the moment - just a warning!

Forum sP
I just want to remind everyone (as it has always been the case) that you get sP when posting on the Forums. If you notice random sP sneaking into your account as you browse the site, chances are you were awarded it after making a post.
Introducing Forum Groups to the forums, where you can create a group and allow people to join.
Each group has a hashtag (#) which when called on the forum, pings everyone. For example, if your group has the hashtag #subeta and someone posts that on the forums, it'll call everyone in that group.
The focus of the groups is to make it easy for you to get called to a thread that might interest you.

Hi all! As you may or may not know, we had some hiccups this morning when one of our web server's RAID cards decided it didn't want anything to do with the drives it was supposed to be managing. We've reconciled them temporarily, but we're going to be replacing the RAID card completely.
This will take place sometime between the hours of 3 and 7 am Subeta time (our data center has asked us for a 4 hour window in which to perform the maintenance). Subeta should return sometime during or immediately following that window.

The Mysterious Costume Trunk has been retired from the cash shop! We have created a new Cash Shop page that shows not only the current trunks that you can purchase, but you can click on them and browse the items (and hover for previews!) inside of the trunks.
The Mysterious Costume Trunk will continue to work as it does now, but will not be updated with any future trunks from this point forward. All new trunks will be posted to this page only.
Update: For those of you who have been saving your Mysterious Costume Trunks for a rainy day, it can now be redeemed for 500 Cash Shop Credits. (Just use it like you normally would)
This trunk contains items from a young couple who were about to be wed. On what should have been the happiest day of their lives, a horrific accident destroyed everything. Now their family members are left to mourn them, wondering if they ever found true happiness in the afterlife.
It can be found in the Mysterious Costume Trunk in the Cash Shop.
Seems the drinks have dried up and the food has gone cold. :(
