To adopt a blob, you want to visit Blobland in Darkside. Here's a link. :)
It costs 300,000 sP to adopt a blob. You can also choose to have a pre-existing pet turned into a blob.
To get a chibi blob you'll need a
Chibi Potion that can be bought from the millionaire center here under the "all year" tab for 1,500,000 sP and then you use it on your blobby friend to turn it into the adorable chibi version.

Well, I do love blobs, but this is the first one that I don't really like that much. I also have no idea how else a blob would be chibified, other than just having "large eyes" so, seriously, you guys did a good job on that! heh.

It's just a baby - it hasn't solidified yet. still too gooey for full blob form. like how newborns have a soft spot. or jello you just put in the fridge...

Personally I’m shocked you didn’t just hiijack the monthly collection to make it all about yourself and the experiments Euclid. But may I say that is the most cutest horror I’ve seen!

Curse this horrific thing, with its large blue eyes are its small bubbling body and it's smelly odor that I can only imagine is freshly powdered baby bottom... Ugh!
I do feel like there is more blob like it's coming through the floor and only the eyes are there so far ^_^; lol
