Just got the 4423, looking forward to getting Storm. And nice that I can pay extra to get one I don't already have. Even though it's pricey it's better than getting tons of repeats over and over. Thanks!

Yup! If you don't have any skins yet, just go to the Zapper, click the spooky button under Euclid, and you'll get the chance to zap yourself for 50 wizard tokens. You can get one of this year's new skins, or any of the other zapper skins from years past.

Ah shit i thought i had all the old zapper skins so i'd be guaranteed one of the new ones but alas one old zapper skin had eluded me and got unlocked instead 🙃

There exists also an experiment skin 0101 with onley the scales but not with the blue fur.

Yes, you can keep them- you can go to wardrobe> skins to wear/take off skins you've earned.

@LovelyLaurie, yep! When you get a new skin you can switch them around as often as you like. You can find them in the skins section of your wardrobe.

As far as quests go, @kokoMO, it's generally old restockables not ToT/PP items. :) That isn't to say that item won't pop up elsewhere at some point!
