In 2018 the first long furby was made and it really set the furby customization into overdrive. I spent months looking at furby customization and was obsessed with it. By January 2020 I bought a couple of furbies off of ebay and started a blog to keep track of progress and share them.
I love motherboards and electronics' insides. I have several old laptops that have been chopped up for crafting and I knew this furby would be made with parts, but what to name it? I rummaged my box of parts and found the casing to laptop the parts came from.
Dell INSPIRON
Yes! That's very fitting but keep it short, just Inspiron

Inspiron with parts, awaiting for the transformation to begin. Inspiron is a 2012 zigzag stripe Furby boom. I had a couple of old dell laptops that I used for parts when I made jewelry. They made excellent furby and furby accessory parts.

First steps
The first thing I did was give Inspiron a hair cut and dye job, painting the white stripes silver.
