Apparently I qualify for NONE of these surveys, so I think I'll spend my time doing things that will actually give me a payout.

For Germany, there are only offers where you have to put in your full information. I did that one time before in another context, didn´t get anything from it except about 15 spam mails a day. I´m happy for everyone who is happy about this, but it doesn´t work out for me.
