Site Updates
Happy New Years, everyone!
As you know, we experienced quite a bit of downtime the past day. We’ll have a programmer explain the finer aspects of it sometime today, but here are a few updates/things:
- Anyone with a GA currently has had their time increased by 3 days! Anyone with a subscription now has had 100 CSC added to their account.
December Monthly Collections will stay in the Cash Shop until the 3rd!
The Unstable Snow Fairy will be around until January 5th at 11:59pm.
Trees are still safe, we’ll be opening those sometime this week so you can get your gifts. There will be more on that when User not found: grelca makes a news post about it. :)
We know quite a few people have missed out on the chance to visit Melody for the 30th and 31st because of the downtime. We’ll have a news post sometime today explaining our plan for that!
Our actual New Years celebration will start later in the day when we know the site is more stable!

Be careful moving items and currencies around while it's stuttering. Do it slowly so you can remember what was there before. They may disappear, only to show up minutes later at the intended destination.

it won't come off from my laptop either so it's just a problem it has, but like I said nbd, agreed with you I'd rather have it on there with the site back than it being down.

Ah, so that's why I couldn't get to Melody's - or anywhere - on the site. I was rather disappointed that I wasn't able to access it the last day of the event. This DDoS attack seemed pretty serious, even worse than the ones before. =(
Ohey the blue announcements system was fixed? Wasn't that broken a few days ago? Can't get rid of it on my phone but nbd.
Glad I was at my job for most of the downtime...I don't know what to do with my life without subeta anymore xD

I was about to ask what a subscription was but I found it. I had no idea that was a thing ~*~the more you know~*~
Well at least during the downtime our families were able to spend more time with us! Thankfully these errors are getting worked on and although im sure you worked hard instead of fully enjoying your personal festivities, I thank you for all you do. I hope staff could pull a decent holidays and thanks so much. Im looking forward to trees and things in store for 2016!

woo, subeta's back. i had no idea how addicted i actually was up until this (honestly long) downtime. luckily the new year's celebration is here just in time to take my mind away from that and from the trees, lmao. happy new year, everyone!

Yeah, there's a loooot of issues regarding items. Hint: Do NOT do any of your quests. I've bought the same item like 4-5 times - got the message, found it in my inventory - and it has just disappeared. Wait until the site is more stable. In fact, don't buy anything from the shops at all.

In all seriousness, wow, did the site get hit hard by... whatever has happened. Just getting to this page threw me though about 5 bad gateway errors. I hope you guys are working at home fixing this and able to get a few swigs of the good stuff while trying to keep the servers from melting.
