Draw reactions and avatar borders in the Studio
I've been having fun making name plates (with CSS! because I can do that!). We have really talented people here who make beautiful things, and the site could always use more of them.
I tried a few versions of the Studio before this one. Where it landed: make what you think would be fun on the site, and I'll do my best to match it to an achievement, new or old.
In the Reaction Studio you pick a character, pick an emotion from the list or make up your own, and draw it as a 64x64 PNG. Sketchy is good, since they're tiny in the reaction bar. An accepted reaction goes on the Cosmetics page with your name on it and pays 250 Cash Shop Credits.
I also tried to help you think through some emotions!
The Border Studio is for avatar borders, which frame your headshot everywhere on the site and go to the top achievements. The bar is higher there, and most will be turned down. The border has to be transparent so the avatar fits inside, with no white edge around the outside. An accepted border pays 500 Cash Shop Credits, and it has your name on it too.
The rest of the rules are on the Studio page. If yours is turned down we'll do our best to give you a good reason why.

i actually have a clarifying question about this: if reactions are going to be tied to an achievement, if you submit a reaction and it is approved, can you use it immediately? or do you also have to earn the achievement in order to use it?
This sounds like such a fun and chaotic feature. Reminds me of the oekaki.

The species on the page are the ones that we don't have icons for -- I'll figure out another way to get them on there soon (like we have with the NPCs!) but for now there are plenty of options 💖
Going to suggest that we could really use a Hug reaction. There have been several times in the past when responding with a Hug would have been more fitting than a simple Heart.
Hoping some very talented artistic person also shares my love of Connor Rainsong and makes some epic expressions.

@PiinkSparkles We've said in another post when Morostide is going to start. We're doing our best, and the people posting updates like this (me) have no control over how quickly we can move toward starting Morostide. We are doing the best with the resources that we've got :)
