I Dont like it at all x-x
The new head is kind of growing on me; if the eyes are made more triangular, I can probably feel somewhat content with the revamp.

I don't think this is the case at all. The current Canis is in no way anorexic; it's fit and healthy. Rabbits are always bouncing around.. and that's what I'd half-expect a Canis to do; be really lively and active... which would give them a really lean body structure, surely. Not only is the new body somewhat chubby.. the shape and positioning of the legs look just as awkward as the current Canis.. and yet... they appeal to me less that the original. o_O I don't think anyone on Subeta wants to support the creation of malnourished-looking pets. If anything, I'd assume most Subeta users are pretty passionate about animals, and would hate to se them under-fed. I think those of us who are calling for what seems like an inevitable revamp, to incorporate the lean, athletic build of the old Canis, since it really does help with the whole.. "I'M CUTE, HYPERACTIVE, AND BOUNCE AROUND A LOT," thing. ^^;

I think it looks fat. Babies are usually pudgy, and it looks either suprized or terrified. I suddest making it look sleeker, and the ears smaller. =/ baby canies are to be cute, the basic is to be... basic.

I don't know...what prevents me from 100% liking the new Canis (even though I voted for the revamp) is the pose. It's the same static pose that the new Telekine is in; standing on all four legs with the held tilted to look at the screen.

I love the new one but I liked it that the old one was all happy and excited. This one does look worried. I do like the new paws though but for now I guess I'll stick with old.

Rah, this version would be like perfect if the eyes and paws were fixed a little, cause those are the main things hat bugged me :x I do luff the tail, it is verry floofy. Nikki`d just hate to see the old one go :x But she does like the new one besides those few little things and chubby pets are cute guys xD

Yes, I agree with Cookie and Sora; the face is too babyish, and the pose (head turned backward, eyes looking foreward) is FAR too trite and frankly dumb looking.

I think the outlining of this new one is way too thick, too. = It looks way more.. I don't know. Cartoony? Than the old one. =( And the old one looked so happy. ^^
I much prefer this new version. I was hoping Rah would redraw the Canis. The other one was outdated and all other outdated pets have been eradicated or polled or whatever. I don't think this means Angelic or Graveyard Canises will be changed, It may mean the Chibi will be updated and frankly I think it needs it.

Ok since Canises are one of my favourite pets and this directly affects me I'll just point out some things that could be changed.

<br>4. It's midriff is a bit shapeless? I think it could either do with a curve in the back or in the stomach, it looks a bit planky and stiff now.

It amuses me that so many people are saying it looks More bunnyish, when I have to say it's strongly veering to the canine. The pose, the length of leg, the visible neck...all these are canid features. If you want a bunny, shorter legs, no visible neck. It's cute, but the eyes are what really bugs me, since they are big, oval, chibi eyes. if they just had a bit of cheek under both of them, instead of just the one side, I'd probably like the face better. It's cute, just not to my tastes.
The new art style has been cute, but I really think the old Canis has got more flair than this one. I've noticed on a few of the newer re-vamps that the poses are very static; this is no exception. The old Canis' pose is much better, and honestly I kind of like the art a little better. The ears are a bit big, and the feet are slightly small on this one .. but otherwise it's a nice drawing. I just really think the old one is better.
