I like the pose and the colour of the new malti - I'm just not sure on the face. I think maybe the hair covers a little too much of its eyes, that's all, giving it that slightly cross-eyed look. The actually pose is adorable! Nice job, artists!

Awww. The Cybill is adorkable. The Tigrean... Can't see much change. (Speaking of which, does anyone have a pic of the old Chibeh Tigrean?) I liked the old Malticorn better. On this one, I think the hair and ears cover the eyes a bit too much.

I think it's the head that seems to distort it, because frankly I adore the body... The expression is strange and the head fluff makes the head seem taller than wider, especially because the head seams to curve into a triangle shape x: And the ears don't help >_>

The Tigrean did need a revamp very desperately but I'm not really seeing any change at all from the old one. One of the major problems with the old version was overly thick outlining and... well, that doesn't seem to have been fixed at all.
You know, the more I look at the new Malti, the more I <b>want</b> one, and I'm not even a huge fan of Chibis. The style is so up to date, and I don't see this whole crosseyed thing people are saying. I think it's just because of the fluff over her eye. I think it looks like a little baby goat <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0>
Oh, yeah, and it's not pink, blue and purple anymore. That's a huge plus.

I have but one question why revamps before the pets are drawn in all colors? The dark matter and graveyard Fester have yet to be revamped and the Hydrus and Spectrum Fester has yet to be drawn. Just curious. Not fussing
I kind of prefered the old Cybill but this one is adorable too. This looks like Kotenia's drawings but she is not still on staff is she? I mean both versions of the Cybill are adorable. Don't get me wrong.

I think everything about the malticorn is fine, except the face. It's so squashed, and it looks cross eyed. It looks a tad demonic, so if you could sort out the face and the eyes especially then it would be OK. The Cybill, well I've never been a fan of the kind of shading we see more and more on Subeta these days that makes everything look shiny and plastic, but apart from that it's OK. The Tigrean is OK, it's the same, I've never thought it actually looked Chibi though TBH...

reading threw all these comments... I'm glad I never applied to be an artist... I'd have to deal with picky brats who flip out about a world that doesn't exist or effect them in real life, then be attacked and insaulted because they don't get their way....

Okay, fealt like adding that the malticorn is partial designed after a maltese, or so I guess, so a /dog/ so its new pose and body are PERFECT. THE NEW MALTI IS WELL DONE AND WELL THOUGHT OUT. And ever since they changed the reborn hikei, its one of the /only/ pets with a dynamic pose. This new malti resembles the default malti /much/ better than the old one... don't like it? GET OVER IT. Its a FREAKING GAME people, just pixels... no need to torture an AMAZING artist over it...

While I much prefer the old Malticorn, the new one isn't /too/ bad..
It's hair looks very detached and is almost larger than the head itself, it has no maw whatsoever.. and the ears are too squished up, whereas all the other malticorn ears hang down.

Well... the tigrean got a makeover, the cybill got some blubber and the malticorn... got... ... is that even a malti o.o... I love them all, their all well done and all... but... none of them were needed, and this only further contradicts the existance of a 'subeta style'

Awww. I was actually considering getting a Chibi Malticorn. I'm glad this change went through before I did. I loved the sweetness of the old one. The new one looks, well, cross-eyed and sort of doofy. >.<
Still, the art is good. I just miss the feel of the previous malti. It seemed sweet and like something I'd want to have in my lap and pet.

The Malticorn looks a tad off for some reason...I think it looks too small with only 2 legs on the ground...it would look a lot more balanced with all 4 on the ground.

Wow, I completely forgot that there even was a chibi malticorn for a minute there. Probably because I don't have one. The chibi tigrean looks the same to me and apparently I'm not the only one who noticed this. The chibi cybill looks great though.

I am looking at my Malticorns its just not the same. I am sure they are not going to change anything due to the fact that the artist put in so much work. However, it would have been nice to ask an opinion especially most people either paid big SPs or actual real money to have their chibi pet created.

I hope there is some chance of redoing the malticorn :/ It honestly looks like a dog with hooves to me...It doesn't look at all close to chibi anymore. I think it would be great if we could keep to the old pose, but fix up the shading and lineart a bit, and possibly the colours, so it doesn't have to be too girly.

I love the revamp of the chibi cybill, however, I do not like the new malticorn u_u (I was going to make a chibi malticorn. Still might) The new one looks like the common colour XP I liked the old one much more because the pose was love <3
The face on the new Malticorn chibi just looks all wrong... it looks like you took a puppy head and put it on there... I know the first chibi also looked somewhat dog-ish, but not this badly, least it was cute enough to make up for it.
