I got the email in my junk folder, but I did get it! However, I tried to click the link and it told me...

I don't know if that's the same as the already-redeemed message people seem to be getting, but that's what I got...

Didn't get this email or the last and all is correct on my preferences. Also, as with the last link went to click and got a message of "You've already claimed this prize!". Nope, no prize.

Hmm. I've been having problems receiving Subeta email. My email info is current, and I think I've added the correct addy to my "safe" list so it doesn't go into the SPAM folder, but I'm still not getting the emails.

Thanks for posting about the items. I have not yet received an e-mail from you and hope and trust that the changes set for next month will mean that I will have some notice of what is to take place.

Just wanted to say the link in the news post gave me duplicate items and SP... Now I know the items I should delete, but what do I do with the SP?

Upon first clicking the link, it told me I'd already collected the gifts. However, I refreshed (I don't know if this means you fixed it) and all the lovely gifts and sp showed up. Thank you so much! I've got a low user number and normally get the email early. Didn't get it this time. My email info is up to date and nothing has changed from the previous month. I just clicked the link. Unlike everyone else here, I got doubles that I have deleted.
My email code didn't work, but the link did.
