You can find this costume in the Mysterious Costume Trunk in the Cash Shop.
What you may notice, is that this is not a new costume. We are in the process of breaking apart the items from the Costume Trunk and Spooky Costume Trunk. This trunk was previously the Cleaning Utensils. That item has now been transformed into the trunk, but in case you liked the old version, the trunk is wearable in the one piece old version. If you want the separate pieces, take it out of your wardrobe and open it ;)

Wardrobe-wise, I'm super happy to hear this. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif" border="0" /> The old costume trunk items were pretty cool when they first came out, but after all the wardrobe improvements and ideas put into effect later on, they were sort of lacking.. I liked that they had a male and female version, but not so much that you were stuck with one or the other based on the gender of your avatar. It was also annoying that you had no choice but to wear EVERYTHING from each trunk.
So yeah. I've been waiting for this, somewhat.
The only thing that I'd really, really like to see is the continued plan of keeping at least one item the same as the art for the original trunk.. ie, the feather duster in replacement of the actual cleaning utensils item. Even if these trunks didn't make for the greatest wardrobe options later on, they've always been awesome for pet treasures. Several of my pets have at least one. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />
I'm also a little disappointed with the name change, as I thought "Cleaning utensils" was cuter and less gender-specific somehow, but oh well. I cool with it as long as the item is essentially the same.
