First, a note. In alx's post he mentioned that if you purchased Cash Shop credits, to sMail me. I've edited his post to reflect that you should actually fill out a Ticket to get them :).
On that note, the time between getting a candy heart, being able to bite other users, and the number of shops being infected has been changed to make it easier to get those achievements.
Finally, for those of you affected by the rollback, you can Redeem 500 Cash Shop Credits as a sign of our appreciation. We are incredibly sorry for this, and we are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.

I can't even find one shop open, they are all infected. It makes it way too expensive to do Wizard Quests if you have to buy every single thing at a private shop. I just went through the whole shop area and they are ALL closed. Not fair.
I discovered not only are the 150 books GONE that I read to pet to get the Achievement, I dont have them in my vault either. Now that is really unforgiving!@ Some of those books were retired and uber rares and some from the zombie shops.
Yeah! It took me forever to get that rose from the token shop. Now I have no rose and the tokens are gone too. This stinks, big time.

It is unfortunate what happened, I appreciate the Cash Shop Credits, but most of the other shops are just closed due to the plague and the time between collecting hearts is creeping back up so it isn't easy to make the potions. Subeta isn't much fun right now, because you can't buy anything and soooo much time between collecting hearts. The Wizard Quests are outlandish in prices to pay for the items he wants, so I'm going to play elsewhere for a while. Maybe you will decide to open some shops and lessen the time to collect hearts so we can make some potions. I'll check back later.
