Outgoing, and overly-friendly. He's very OCD when it comes to cleaning, and is known to spray anything and anyone in his way with air fresheners. He's even taken his vacuum cleaner to a few people as well. He likes things to be well organized, be they the DVDs on his shelves, or his tasks for the day. He can get pretty upset if something happens he was not expecting to happen, or if one of his plans goes awry.

Cieran's also very emotional, or willing to share his emotions, although he had never fallen in love with anyone until he met Kasper. When the other is hurt, Cieran's always there with a bandage, or a kiss to make it better, even if it's something as simple as a paper cut.

He also hates fighting, or confrontation of any kind, and steers clear of it when possible. This occasionally becomes tough when he has to watch Kasper rough up a couple guys in the club for talking to him, or looking at him the wrong way, but another part of him loves seeing Kasper assert himself over him.

Cieran grew up in a modest family. His parents both worked full-time jobs, and often, Cieran was left alone at home to take care of his younger brother. He never complained about it, as his younger brother was well behaved, but by the time the boys were in high school, both felt like their lives needed a bit of a change.

Cieran's brother was the first to leave. He dropped out of high school early and moved away to the city. Cieran was a little hesitant to just up and leave, so he finished his schooling before packing up and moving out too. He occasionally keeps in contact with his parents, though hasn't heard much from his brother in the past year, and secretly worries for him.

Upon moving to the city, Cieran moved in with some roommates in an apartment in the busiest part of the city. He enjoyed the bustling and noise around him in comparison to the quiet of the town he grew up in, and he took a job in a clothing store just down the street from the apartment. His roommates soon introduced him to the night life of the city, dressing him up and taking him out to clubs.

This was when Cieran got his first taste of alcohol, and his flirtatious nature came to be. He quickly found he enjoyed the attention of the patrons to the clubs, so he would dance with anyone who asked, or with anyone who offered to get him a drink. It wasn't long before he had a reputation as a flirt, and while he had plenty of friends in the clubs, he had just as many enemies, and one night he was beat up by a small group made up of girls and guys while he was walking home from the club. After a brief stay in the hospital, Cieran decided to limit the amount he went out at night, cutting it out of his life completely.

He moved out of the apartment and into a smaller one of his own, without any roommates. He kept in touch, though tried to focus more on work, also looking into some schools to attend, so he could one day get himself a better job.

He didn't return to a club until his next birthday, at the request of his friends. He was reluctant, but when he arrived with the others, he found that the club had hired a new bouncer, a tall, muscular man by the name of Kasper. To Cieran, it was love at first sight, and he at first showed off, trying to catch the other's attention, though when that didn't work, he decided to approach the other, offering him a soda to drink, as well as some conversation.

Desiring to know more about the other, Cieran returned to the club often, and would strike up conversations with Kasper each time, eventually gaining up the courage to ask him out on a date, and Kasper agreed. They had a few short dates together during the day, and Cieran knew he was falling for the other fast, but had no inkling or clue if Kasper was at all interested in him in return until one night when they were supposed to go out for dinner. Kasper showed up with a black eye, something he gained from a man he had to throw out of the club, and they decided to stay in for the night. Cieran ordered in Italian food, which he had learned was Kasper's favourite, and the two enjoyed their night in, watching movies and enjoying each other's company. When they curled up comfortably on the couch together to sleep, Cieran found that he didn't want to, much too happy in the moment to sleep through it. The next night, they went out to dinner, and then spent the night in Kasper's home.

Cieran continued to meet up with Kasper in the club, staying up late with him each night and sleeping through the day with him as well, at least until he had to work. Finally, close to Christmas, he decided to go looking for a house in secret, and found one, surprising Kasper with the papers to sign as a Christmas present. Kasper surprised him in return, proposing that night. Without hesitation, Cieran said yes, and the two moved into their new home just after Christmas. After searching for jobs closer to their new home, they both found a new restaurant by day/club by night run by someone they knew from the previous club, as well as their boyfriend. They both applied, Kasper getting a job as a bouncer, and Cieran working during the day, greeting and waiting on tables.

They recently welcomed a puppy by the name of Elvis into their family, named for his habit of singing along with Cieran's old movies, and while Cieran's been planning their wedding on the side, he's been also wondering about adding another little addition to their family in the near future.
