What's that behind you? It's Morostide Pets!






Morostide has been fun this year, hasn't it? Lots of awesome spooky things. I do like a good bucket of horror. Horror is no abomination! And this nightmare hipottu and zasaba are sure to ruin your sleep! I'm not sure which is worse - a huge spiny bug or a flying foaming rotund clawed monster. I'll have to try and get some samples for my zapper. The bloodred popoko is almost a little too cute for me, but if you're going to have a little alien tree climber as a pet, I certainly recommend one dripping in blood.







I am proud to let you all know that my amazing, wonderful ONE TRUE ZAPPER seems to be functioning horrifically again! Look at this beauty! Oozing and creeping and sure to give you the heebie jeebies. All those mushrooms and bug samples I took this year have worked wonderfully. Happy Morostide!

Design Oatmeal a Home: Voting!

Voting is officially open for Design Oatmeal A Home! We’re trying a new voting system for user contests where you have a few choices. You can vote VOTE UP or VOTE DOWN for as many entries as you want or skip an entry to come back to later! Voting up is like casting a vote for an entry like previous entries while voting down is just you not voting for that particular entry.



Voting will end on November 15th at 11:59pm!



Prizes will be available at the end, this includes prizes for submitting an entry and voting!

It’s the last day of Morostide. Trick or treating time is now 5 minutes when you choose what house to visit and only 3 minutes when you use the random house feature! Pumpkin patch times have also been lowered, so try to find Puck while you can. Euclid has been nice enough to lower the wait time when you step in front of his Zapper for the rest of the day.

At 11:59pm today, Morostide will be over. Which means you’ll no longer be able to use the One True Zapper for skins, pumpkins will stop floating, Cinthia and Pete will stop giving out holiday treats, the Pumpkin Patch will be closed, and Trick-or-Treating will be over!

Well, I seem to be getting a bit more of a grip on getting my zapper to produce something other than abominations. Look at this rejuvenated #56192! It's definitely a start.

Trick or Treating is also back - visit your friends houses (links on their profiles!) to collect a host of new ghastly delights or toss a roll of toilet paper or an egg to let out your inner trickster, but beware of being hexed! Enjoy figuring out the new system for trick or treating, because it’s no longer based on how many pets a person has! Keep in mind this is the first of two releases of Trick or Treat items, so there are more candies to come.



Remember: for every 5 people that trick or treat at your house, you get an item too.



You also have the option to visit a random house! If you use this option to Trick-or-treat, the time is shorter and you have a smaller chance of being hexed.

Winter is coming and poor Oatmeal doesn’t have a shelter of any kind to protect him!



It’s time for another user contest. This time, you’ll be designing a home for poor Oatmeal who’s been caught in the rain one too many times!



You have until 11:59pm October 30th to submit your design. Your design can be drawn traditionally, digitally, or you can build a 3-D model. Oatmeal deserves something magnificent! Designs will be voted on by users until 11:59pm on November 15th!

Hallo, Liebchens! It has been a wild year for me here at the brewery. Taking care of Oatmeal has had me turning over ze new leaf, so to say. I could not quite bring myself to be working new meat recipes as I have in past years. Which is gud, because I am running out of places to keep all this sausage!

I am doing things a little differently now, much less of ze meat sausage und much more of ze plants! But I am still brewing beer und ales, of course. I am starting a new club, Gunter’s Selbstgebraute - my home brew club. There will be a new brew every month, all special, all made by me. Join my club to receive alerts when my new brew is up, und if you join during Alegarten, you will receive some extra gifts too. Otherwise, I am hoping to see you stop in from time to time in between petting my goat.

Experiment #1102 + Scribble Revamp!




I've done a bit of calibrating on my zapper, and continued refreshing a few experiment designs. The experiment #1102 is now looking a lot more gruesome! Its scribble version has been updated too, and has a delightful new stare-into-your-soul look to it.
