Now that we no longer have Becca on our staff, it's all of your jobs to handle the paypal. It's much easier now, so it shouldn't be a problem (she had to sort through email, you don't :D)

User sMail's you saying they've paid for an item, and haven't received it. You click on [Paypal Logs] and type in the username, and the name of the item they purchased. I don't recommend filling in either of the other fields.

[Step 2]

If the status is [complete] that means they have got the items. Double-check just to make sure.

[Step 3]

If there is no email, and the status is [incomplete] or the status is just [incomplete], ask them what method of payment the used. If it was e-check, tell them to wait a few days from the purchase, and check again.

[Step 4]

If not - that means it was a failure on our end, and you can give them the items again. For your convince, there is a link on their username that takes you directly to the donation item page for giving items :)

We have just updated the filter system on Subeta (that's what filters out bad words, bad HTML, makes these adorable smilies ;), etc). It was using up more CPU than any other backend function of the site, so everything should be much faster now that it's been recoded :)

There were a few issues right when it was pushed onto the site, however they have all been fixed.

UPDATE: We are working on making it all work. At the moment, backgrounds in profiles and other area's of the site will not work (unless you change the coding a little bit) but this should be fixed soon :)!

We are still working very hard to make sure that the site stays moving, and faster than ever. Because of this, we have purchased extra servers, RAM and disk space. And of course, we are editing server software, and changing files everyday to make sure the site moves at a pace that is good for everyone.

After Shinwa and The Oracle finished patching up last night's Minions Market mishap, Maleria and Ian Asmodeus decided it would be worth taking a look...for future reference.

But apparently someone's fingers slipped and they managed to reopen the rift as night fell!

These mysterious little creatures seem to have torn a rift in the fabrics of reality beneath the Minions Market, and are currently swarming it!

You may be able to snag one for yourself (should you be so bold). Shinwa and the Oracle are working on a way to seal up the hole, so hurry--they're likely to become harder to find as the night goes on! :o

Having spent a full month in their presence, Subetan anthropologists have now learned more of the language of their most recent discovery. Realizing that these creatures call themselves the Mahar species, the researchers have agreed to encourage all of Subeta to refer to mahars by their chosen name from now on. The name, a derivative of one meaning "great seer" leads us to believe that we haven't discovered everything there is about these magnificent creatures yet!

TRICK OR TREAT!

Trick or Treating is open! It's very simple, go to your friends profiles, and click on the Trick or Treat button! There are hundreds of items up for grabs this year! You can go trick or treating every half hour. Remember that different profiles will have different items, so search around!

This year we've added something ... new. Instead of just getting treats, you're going to get tricked occasionally! Your friends might just hex you, and change your Human Avatar into something a little creepy. Don't worry, it goes away after an hour :)!

Remember if 5 people get a treat at your house, you get one too!
