Monthly subscription items are tied to your subscription renewal date, not the day the new monthly item is announced. One subscription month (at the eligible tiers) = one monthly subscription item. If the timing wasn't working out for me, I would probably just adjust my renewal date to line up better with when the Monthly Collection usually releases. For example, my subscription currently renews in the middle of the month, but if I wanted the new item sooner, I could cancel & then renew on the 7th instead.
My problem with most of the recent subscription items: the item looks nice and promising, then the wearable has no real resemblance to it and is a disappointment :-(

Oh I am thrilled about these! I collect these little guys IRL (well not the Subeta Sweeties but ya know what I mean!). These are absoultely beatiful. The artist/artists really outdid themselves this month~

@Trees It usually takes a few days but I always get my monthly item and I don't make a ticket. Not sure how long you've had to wait though.
