For those of you who have a Deleted Account problem, don't worry! We are still working hard on a solution for you, and it should be available for you very, very soon.
If you haven't already, make a new account, as the process with include moving everything from your deleted account, to your new username. (If it's taken, we apologize, there is nothing we can do about it :()
Make sure to have this information handy, as it will be required to process a request:
- Old Username
- Old Pets
- Items in Inventory
- Items in Vault
- Items in Shop
- Was the account ever warned, either verbally or officially?
There may be other information required, but those are the main points that will be needed. You don't need to list every item that you had, just enough to verify that you are indeed who you say you are. :)

Finally, thanks for the update. ^^ I'm not sure if I can remember those things though. :/ I guess galleries counts as shops? 'Cause I do remember most items I had in my gallery. I was so worried about a friend of mine, now I think she must be one of those "deleted accounts", too. Hope she'll be back soon.
What if we don't know some of those things? Like, I can't remember the stuff in my inventory, nor can I remember my items in vault or shop.
