Just a quick update on the rules, especially for the forums. From this point forward, Caps and Punctuation rules are no longer standing around the site.
If you have received a warning in the past for either of these, it is now null. (It'll still show up on your preferences page, but it will not count toward being frozen in the future).

I like things like this and OMG! this but something like HAVE YOU READ THE NEWS? is beyond annoying. I'm not freaking blind yet and do not enjoy being yelled at. Oh well, it's good to know there is some consideration for such things.

Sigh. One thing that made the forums more tolerable here were the rules against chatspeak (which is of course long gone now) and caps and all that jazz. I'm going to miss this rule. And probably avoid the forums even more.

OMG! Yesssss!!! Would it be possible to lock some of the topics that have an extremely excessive amount of caps on them though cause people will do it now just so people will look at their board. I think it'd be cool if the UA's could change the case in the title to have less caps if possible.
