Hellhound: I saw that part, but I still don't like the concept behind this. Again, items shouldn't be given out based on what states you live in. There is no guarantee that the next special offer that runs has this item will be available to me, or any of the ones in the near future.

I agree, and if the idea was to make this item exclusive to this offer we'd have just given out CSC.
Keith: Would you be able to ask your partner why they have only made this available to a few select states? I'm really curious about that. And when you say that hopefully it will be available to everyone, does this include people outside of the states?

I'm fine with specific locations getting specific offers, but not exclusive items. As was mentioned, why not have the price be credits? You can put the item into the CS so everyone can enjoy it, and just have the amount for those states involved given out via the offer.
I hope this trend doesn't continue honestly. Items should not be exclusive based upon what state you live in.
