Quest-A-Thon Coming Soon!
How would you like a new pet slot to extend your pet family without spending CSC? Well, here is your chance!
Starting tonight, Friday the 17th, at 12:00am until Thursday the 23rd at 11:59pm we will be having a site wide Quest-A-Thon! What does this entail exactly?
You will be working with your fellow users to get 500,000 quests completed during the week. You will need to complete quests from the following quest givers to have them count: Carl, Cinthia, Mori and Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Allard and of course me. Remember that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver while Gold Account users can complete 15 quests.
Everyone will be able to see how many quests have been completed by checking out the news where we will have a progress bar. If the goal gets completed, everyone that has participated will receive 1 new pet slot and the forum title of is forever on a quest for more pets. So make sure to get your friends online and cheer them on to complete their quests every day so everyone can get a slot! You might spot an NPC or two posting around the forums encouraging you to complete quests, too.
Remember that the goal is 500,000 completed quests. We won't be rewarding you with another pet slot if you manage a million quests, though we'll be incredibly impressed!

I do most of my quests daily anyway, so this shouldn't be hard for me. I'll poke at my husband and roomie to make sure they do it too. I always need more pets.

I already spent a loyalty box on a pet slot I don't need (oops), and I'd love to have that forum title! (: I'm joining in on the challenge in order to help out my peers!
I am going to be so sad when we hit 499,990 quests done. I will look back and think 'why didn't I do all of those quests that asked me to spend 1m+ per item. QnQ'

Ooo this is pretty exciting. Sad to see that battle quests are excluded though, those are the only quests I try to do daily without fail, the rest I just do when I feel like it.

When do the quests reset (because I just tried Shinwa right now) and when/where do we get the progress bar ?

Please DON'T increase vending despite what a few people are asking and pressure people might put on you guys later - vending only damages the economy. If the items inflate too high then the best thing to do is raise restock rate, sinks sP and provides more items to the site :)
Everyone who completes quests will automatically be accounted for? There isn't a sign-up option or something?

@Murph Nope, just quest however much you can/want! We didn't want to put limits on it because of people going on vacation etc missing out. So as long as you help in some way (do a few quests each day, maybe do a bunch one, etc), you'll get the prize if the goal is complteed. :)
AWESOME! I almost always do all my quests every day anyway, but lately i've had less motivation to do so. Getting a little burned out i guess and found other things to do. MOTIVATION HAS RETURNED, AND WHAT ARE OTHER THINGS? THERE ARE ONLY QUESTS
Do we have to participate each day in order to qualify for the pet slot (because I totally believe we're gonna win this oh yes)? /crosses fingers
