Downtime!
Hi, everyone! This afternoon we took the site down due to a number of errors being thrown out around the site (like news comments, the forums, user dashboards, etc). They were all related to our MongoDB database provider. We’re in contact with them to figure out what exactly went down and why.
Unfortunately, that meant we had to bring the site down. We know that means a lot of you missed out on prime questing time as well as hunting for flowers for Vesnali. We’re extending Vesnali until 11:59pm on May 3rd, with the Vesnali forums closing at 11:59pm on the 4th. Quests will still act like weekend quests throughout Monday as well.

The site still continues to be awkwardly slow - esp. opening the News has been like a giant obstacle for a very long time -, but I guess this is also due to heavy traffic thanks to Vesnali & WE questing.

It must be looking different for others cuz on my screen it got fixed. Something happened when they changed Vaults and they are getting ready to upgrade to something at some point as well. So they was making changes for that and the text got messed up. Keith has looked into it and has been fixing it but you may want to post screen shots so he can see your issue.

another comment because i think the forum post about it hasn't been seen- the font sizes on subeta have been REALLY tiny for me for days now and no matter what i do it wont go back to normal? i haven't magnified my page, i've tried clearing my cache and hard refreshing and logging out and back in but nothing is working :(

It wasn't 'this afternoon' for everyone. It's now 10:30pm where I am so that's my Subeta evening gone.

I adore this site but when its acting up and slow and down it sure makes it hard to use the free one week gold account another week would be great

Thank you for extending Vesnali! I know it must be frustrating that the site has kept on having errors!
The buttons have been small for a while, and quote text is still gigantic (was fixed at one point! Dx) and the pet drop down options on the Pets page is broke still too. >_< Might be best posting that on the forum related to that issue. He has asked for screen shots there. :) My text seems fine actually. :/ Wonder why it's showing up so differently for other users but not all?
