You can find him here! He will take those Candy Hearts, and crush them up for you ;).
Also it seems that various shops are closing, due to the plague. Maybe you could help out and give them some cures?

My computer/the site lags so unless I get lucky, finding a shop that still needs a cure isn't going to be easy. x_x keeps trying

People are saying the Rainbow Heart does not even show up when you go to select your ten hearts for him... =/ And they're right, too, I have 3 Rainbow Candy Hearts in my inventory and they're not showing...
