You can find him here! He will take those Candy Hearts, and crush them up for you ;).
Also it seems that various shops are closing, due to the plague. Maybe you could help out and give them some cures?

As long as there is a Sql error though I think the shops need to remain open till it is fixed

But I like my zombieness :c And I just finished a sketch of it, too.. Anyways, does it matter if you don't take the cure? Will the zombie thing wear off sometime, or will it stay?

I just answered my own question, it appears that yes, the shops close randomly xD I checked Atebus before I posted, and then checked it again just now and it was closed.

Bleh I was too late to donate a cure to a shop.
When a shop is closed, there is something that says it like "This shop is closed because of the plague, please donate a cure etc..." Then you can click on "donate" in order to... well, donate a cure XD
