Mm... it's well-drawn, but something bothers me about it. I like the eyes and the muzzle, but my vote's going to the old one. I won't mind whichever wins though, I'm not a fan of otters anyway ^^;
I like this new revamp. One of the few that I think is actually worthy of becoming the new Otter... my only complaint is its tail. On the old one, the fin was larger, and made more since. Logically, the fluke should be larger than the animal's head ^^;

Another thing that bothers me is the arm. It looks rather off at the elbow. -0 It looks like... the arm is curved outwards from the positioning of the inner elbow.

The tail does seem a little thin when it gets to the flipper, but I don't think it's really that big of a deal. The one feature that's kind of bothering me is the fluffs on its chest. Why are there two? <img src=http://www.subetax.org/images/smilies/smiley_xface.gif border=0> It doesn't seem to work well... making the Otter seem as if he has a double chest. (like a double chin)

Oh wait, it's going to be renamed Ontra? Heh, it just makes it more original. I agree that the back of the head looks flat and the face seems a bit awkward. That and the tail looks like it's sloped too....I dunno, it just doesn't look like a flexible tail should be
Mhn..... the odd bits of fur on the head, chest and between it's legs... bothers me. -0 On the chest, it looks like a womans'.. you knows... on the head it looks like a rooster's comb. and the bit between the legs just throws it off. If it had that fur there, it would be irritating to the poor critter.

Wow, like I said before I like the new one- And I voted it but the shiny forhead IS bugging me. <img src=http://www.subetax.org/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_happy_sweatdrop.gif border=0> If you guys (the artists) redo it agian like how pets omstimes are; you oculd try to make it a lil less shingy on the head. =3 Otherwise, the art is very well done. =) I like how is now has a more of a muzzel the it just being flat- Something I'm really trying to do in my artwork becuse whent ever I try to make the muzzel of a furry animal...It comes out wierd; so the artists here are making me pratise more and more for some reson. XD lol And LOVE the lil furry chest. 8'D SO CUTE! :heart X3 And the fur on the leg the is puffing up is pretty cute too! :3 And I like how the legs are kinda somewhat far from the tail too. x333 I've never really been a fan of the otter- But now if this goes thouth: I wanna see what the bloodred one will look like. =3
Ohhhh, pretty revamp. I just have a few problems with it though. First off, the face of the original looked more cute. (You know, the wider eyes and the =O expression.) I assume that's what people liked about it the most. Second, the head looks a bit... odd? Someone said that the back looked flat, which I agree with. Third, the fur on its chest. Is it supposed to be that... bumpy? O-o;; But besides that, the revamp is awesome. =D
I love the more mischievous look in the eye of the new one as opposed to the blank stare in the eye of the older one. The softer lines of the fur around the top of the head are excellent. Definitely an improvement!
I prefer the old one the head is much cuter.The head haves a weird shape and the tail is much smaller.

I think the face needs to be made cuter and ...younger... that's all that bugs me about it though. :3
I like the new otter but his face seems a bit strange I think it is his large forehead. Also his tail seems a bit thin by his flipper.

This one new one needs a cuter face in my opion otters are adorable ontra 's look like they grew up amd no longer have a cute face..
I -really- don't like the face. It bothers me A LOT. The rest of the body is adorable though.... it's just... the FACE. x__x!!!
It's a great drawing but The back of the head seems flat. I like the old one better because it looks a little cuter, like baby-face cute.

The left cheek seems to sag a bit too much on the revamp in my opinion and the tail looks a bit broken, but other than that it's a lovely revamp for the Otter. ^.^
Yay~ This is very cute. Nice lineart, coloring, everything. Only thing I don't much like about it seems to be the too-cutesy anime style in it, but otherwise it's a gorgeous revamp.
