Steamwork Urubu!
While you lot've been pigging out in the lounge and hogging all the dance partners, we've been collaBOARating hard on this steamwork urubu design to the point that our workroom now looks a total pigsty. /snorts

Come on, I couldn't just let this smokin' hot pet come out without going the whole hog.

You have been invited to the Annual Masquerade Ball! The dance floor will be open until 11:59pm on June 11 with the Masquerade Forums closing on June 16.

You can use the following sCode in your status as well as other places to get your friends (or well dressed strangers) to share a dance with you.

Would you rather dance with someone completely random? Try the Mystery Dance feature. You have a chance of getting all sorts of treats from Mystery Dancing, not just trinkets!

Don't forget, before you step foot on the dance floor you will need a mask. You will not be able to dance if you are not wearing a mask. What counts as one? Anything with the word 'mask' in the name. After accepting a dance, you will receive either Steamworks Trinkets or Lounge Trinkets. The Lounge Trinkets can be used at the Libertine Lounge where you can rehydrate and fill up on food. The Steamworks Trinkets will allow you to purchase all sorts of goods from the Steamworks Menagerie. This is the only wave of items for both shops.

Keep an eye out for Boudewijn while you dance. If you manage to win a duel with him, he’ll give you a bag of trinkets. He won’t actually kill you in a duel, so no worries there! You need to visit the dance floor after accepting dances to find Boudewijn. You might just notice Boudewijn challenging you more on the floor this year. ;)

Oh, and just a reminder! You have a chance of unlocking the Dancing Steamwork Style achievement when using the Mystery Dance feature. This achievement will give you the rad Steamwork Masquerade avatar border. When you dance with people you choose (like friends, on threads, etc), you have the chance to unlock the achievement Dancing Rave Style which will give you the bright Rave Masquerade avatar border.

Over the next 24 hours or so, I will be restocking items randomly in the Token Shop. Don’t assume an item restocked earlier will appear in a later restock, I really am choosing at random. We are not adjusting the wait time between purchases, either, so you’ll have some hard decisions.

CW Shop Closed, but not for long!

Unfortunately, we could not figure out the issue with not all CWs showing in the CW Pawn Shop while it was open these past few days. However, once Keith is healthy and can really dive into it, we will reopen it!

When the shop is reopened, it will be in the evening instead of the morning like this past time. This is to give people in other time zones a chance to be available right at the opening!

Paramnesia Challengers!



Are you ready to fight these super opponents? Paramnesia Buttwing Bomber, Paramnesia Cursed Irion, Paramnesia Fishbreath Jacques, Paramnesia General Error, Paramnesia Recycle Beast, Paramnesia Saggitarius, and Paramnesia Tide are ready to rumble! Each of these challengers has an achievement attached to them.

These challengers are in the super tab at the Battle Coliseum. There is no time limit to defeat these foes, so don't be discouraged if you can't beat them just yet.

Pherret Revamp GO GO GO!





We listened to your feedback, and are happy to now announce that the pherret revamp is live! For now, just the common-posed colors have been revamped, but our pherret artist will be updating the other pherrets over the coming months.

We're excited to also release the pherret in aqua, cherry, nuclear, silver and vibrant!

CW Pawn Shop: Open!

The Custom Wearable Pawn Shop is now open! You have until 11:59pm on May 14 to grab items before the shop closes.

Just a reminder, you can not pawn custom wearables while the CW Pawn Shop is open. You'll have to wait until next week to do so.

Note: If you are looking for wigs, check 'head' instead of 'hair. We're aware they're categorized wrong and will likely not be able to fix it before the shop closes! We are also aware there is an issue where not all CWs are showing (there aren't blank pages, that isn't the issue). If Keith does not get a chance to fix this before the shop closes on Sunday, we will figure something out in terms of reopening or extending the shop. More information to come!
