Hi everyone. I'm glad that part is over.
If you're just joining us, this morning we suffered a database crash, followed by an unlucky failure of both our slave server backup (which had a day-old copy of the database still on it) and our datacenter's backup system. On top of that, our slave server's copy of the database turned out to be corrupt, and took most of the day to repair.
However, we're now back up and running, albeit rolled back to sometime on Saturday. A couple of notes about the rollback:
If you don't have items that you purchased, don't worry... you'll still have the sP for them. It's like the purchase never happened.
If you bought cash shop credits over the weekend and don't have them, make a ticket about it and he can help you.
If you're missing achievements that you got over the weekend, especially those related to the event, don't worry... you will have plenty of time to earn them back.
If you applied for an artist position this weekend, please resubmit your application as these are stored in our database.

Even with the Love Epidemic event extended, I doubt I'd want to do it all again. Luckily, the only one I was working for at the time was collecting hearts, and I only needed 2 more. Still...for everything else...I don't even want to think about it. sigh I'm trying to think positively, though!
Isnt there some way to get everything back. It was a weekend. I have lost so much work and wasted hours that I could have been doing more productive things....

Wow, I am so angry at Subeta right now. We have put in alot of time, effort and passion into this site and it feels like we are just getting screwed and then being told to clean up after you guys too. And I just want to say that I am neither patient nor understanding.

Well...this blows. Really bad. I sold and traded a ton of items yesterday, and now I /can't/ even sell some of them again because I got them in quests in the past day and a half. I'm out several million. Awesome.
Thank to the lovely Rollback, the Wardrobe glitch that we had on Saturday is also back! So now, we can't even check our wardrobe to see which items need to be repurchased. Half my stuff is there and half of it says No Clothing Found and with every refresh it keeps changing. I filled out a Bug Report, but who knows how long that will take to fix...as I recall the original bug messed up everything in wardrobe for the better part of 2 days. Bring on the Tylenol! <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" />

Even though no one was to blame, I just don't want to spend all that money on the achievements again or much on subeta really. x.x Was fun, but now I need a while to get back into it.

Well, this is annoying. For those who are saying that "they don't HAVE to keep us informed" or" they didn't HAVE to get it up so fast", obviously you haven't invested REAL money to keep this site going. As much as I love this site, I think it's ridiculous that there are so many technical problems despite so many people contributing to the CS shop. You'd think there'd be enough money to actually FIX server issues (I'm computer illiterate so I have no idea how someone actually does this). I'm glad that the site is back up, but don't delude yourselves in to thinking that the staff don't "owe" us anything. This is a business, it's in their best interest to keep their customers happy.
Anyways, hope these problems get solved. I lost over two million that I had in my shop, and items that I needed, and now I have things that I've already sold, cured myself, and I thought I'd have the cure again, but I don't, and that kinda sucks...I realize it takes A LOT to run a site like this but I'm afraid my opinion is its still bites. This really stinks.. I stayed up all night sat to finish off all the achievements. I cannot get back the time i spent doing that. Time to go play someplace else.

I had gotten lucky and bought a Junk Ensnared Lace Top at the Subeautique for cheap, now I lost it, and all the sP I had made =| Ok time for me to go play something else.
I neither have the items nor the sP that I had before the roll back. I KNOW I had about 8 mill in my vault and now it's gone. Just. Gone. I don't have all the items I had before either. All my RSing is down the tubes as well. I would very much like to have at least my topaz wig back. I purchased that with the money and items I had on hand from another user. To say I am unhappy about this, would be an understatement.
Oh, and since there was a roll back, I would like my gold account rolled back two days, as well. I noticed that that particular count down was unaffected and now says I only have a week and 4 days, but with the roll back it should read a week and 6 days.
