Hi everyone. I'm glad that part is over.
If you're just joining us, this morning we suffered a database crash, followed by an unlucky failure of both our slave server backup (which had a day-old copy of the database still on it) and our datacenter's backup system. On top of that, our slave server's copy of the database turned out to be corrupt, and took most of the day to repair.
However, we're now back up and running, albeit rolled back to sometime on Saturday. A couple of notes about the rollback:
If you don't have items that you purchased, don't worry... you'll still have the sP for them. It's like the purchase never happened.
If you bought cash shop credits over the weekend and don't have them, make a ticket about it and he can help you.
If you're missing achievements that you got over the weekend, especially those related to the event, don't worry... you will have plenty of time to earn them back.
If you applied for an artist position this weekend, please resubmit your application as these are stored in our database.

It's not all positive. Yes I have my items but the ones I sold are now 2m less than I sold it for yesterday. Many things I purchased yesterday I no longer on, nor the cash to rebuy because my shop sales have gone backwardsy. Please! It's not all good.
I am still missing 500k. . . sigh. . . oh well, i guess i wont get it back.

Aw, I don't have my tokens. Or a lot of the stuff I got a Skitters. lol. I'll have to check what all I've got now, and re-buy them. I went to zap and it said I had no tokens. I was like WTF? Ohmygod. I finally got the Zombie Dweller and Candy Heart achievements, spent 60 mil, and now I have to track down everyone I bought something from? But thanks for keeping us informed.

i am really pissed..i had 3 days off and i spend it almost non stop on here trying to catch up on achievements and clearing out my gallery of 20,000 items and now i have to start all over again?????????

Thanks for letting us know what happened I kinda feaked when I got one cause I was missing the zombiedoll nities i bought last night. And like ShadowVampire666 suggested could you reduce the time for them that way we can get back our items before the event is over?
Because of the loss of our time, do GA users get a few extra days of GA status? How about everyone getting extra quests (even GAs) for two days? And decreasing the heart and biting delays for two days? Try to recover from lost time...
I hope we do have plenty of time. I worked all day Sunday on those achievements. Not complaining, but I hope you guys remember that some of us have more time on the weekends than we do during the week. It would be Saturday before I'd have enough time to redo all that.
